Kraft stock is what you think of when you think of a cardboard box. It is a classic brown box that works well with darker prints and minimalistic designs. White Clay Coated stock is a white coated cardboard stock, allowing your print to come to life with colour! The White Clay Coated stock is the most common option due to the vibrancy of the print, and has a semi- gloss finish on the outside of the box with a matte finish on the inside of the box.

The main difference between the E Flute and B Flute is the number of flutes per square meter which determines the strength of the box. E Flute has more flutes per square meter and is thinner in size, whereas the B Flute has less flutes and is thicker in size, making it able to hold more weight than the E Flute stock.

All of our boxes are available in both Kraft and White Clay Coated corrugated cardboard stock; the main difference between these products is the shape. The Flat Mailing Boxes are best suited for mailing smaller products such as stickers, photos, posters or documents just to name a few and are printed on our E Flute Material. Our Custom Printed Mailer Boxes are used for a wide variety of items such as promotional packages, craft kits or packaging for small businesses. They are available in both E Flute and B Flute material depending on the size selected and are quick to put together thanks to the pre-cut lockable tabs - no need to use glue or tape!

For the Kraft material, your Mailer Box will have a matte finish on both the inside and outside. If you select the White Clay Coat material your Mailer Box will have a semi-gloss finish on the outside and a matte finish on the inside. No, these boxes are made from a cardboard stock which means they are not waterproof.

We do not print white, so we won’t be able to add white ink to your Kraft boxes.

We are printing directly onto the natural brown cardboard material meaning your colour will look a little different than if it was printed on the White Clay Coated Stock. Lighter colours will appear almost transparent because the natural colour of the cardboard will show through.

Your Custom Printed Mailer Boxes will be flat packed and shipped to you in a cardboard box.

No we currently do not print onto the inserts, they will be supplied unprinted. As the Mailer Box inserts are unprinted, they will be the normal colour of your selected material i.e. white if your boxes are the White Clay Coated stock or Kraft brown is you are ordering the Kraft material.

Unfortunately no, the Mailer Box inserts are not customisable at this time.

Due to the nature of the vinyl material and the heat produced during our Latex printing process, the final sticker size can vary up to 1% larger from what is ordered.

Yes, our Custom Printed Mailer Boxes are considered safe for use in contact with most foods that are dry, non-fatty products. We would not recommend shipping wet, greasy products in this unless it is pre-packaged and sealed.

The number of pieces that you will receive depends on the configuration you have selected: 2x1 = 1 piece per insert 1x2 = 1 piece per insert 2x2 = 2 pieces per insert

​No we don’t. We print directly onto the material using our HP Latex ink, and don’t offer any additional embellishments such as spot UV coating, foiling, embossing, or metallic prints.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you
