Most supermarkets use the R9 and R10 slip rated Floor Stickers and apply them to smooth flat surfaces inside their stores​. However you should always check with your building manager to determine what CSIRO rating you require for your application.

Our Luxury R12 product has been designed to adhere to rough surfaces such as low pile carpet, concrete, brick, marble and even asphalt. It can be used for floor or wall graphics on these rougher surfaces that normal floor stickers will not adhere to. Our R9 and R10 products are suitable only for application to smooth, flat surfaces.

These are CSIRO ratings for slip resistance on pedestrian surfaces. Each slip rating is used to assess the frictional characteristics of surface in different environmental conditions. Before deciding which material to order, you should check what rating is required for your application. (You can download the technical specifications from the download section on this web page)

Both types of floor stickers have an R12 slip rating and will adhere to rough surfaces such as low pile carpet, concrete, stone, brick and asphalt. The TexWalk R12 is a foil fabric with a textured matte vinyl coating and is designed for short to medium term applications (rated for up to 4 months outdoors) - while the Alumigraphics Grip Outdoor Luxury R12 is an anti-slip vinyl with an aluminium construction and designed for longer term applications (rated for up to 12 months outdoors).

The Avery Economy R9 material is a good quality floor graphic sticker with R9 Slip rating and a 3 month life expectancy. The MyFloor Economy R9 material is a newer addition to our range. It is a superior product with a significantly more textured surface than the Avery product.

The Economy R9 Sticker has a lightly textured matte finish, the Premium R10 Sticker has a more prominant textured matte finish and the Luxury R12 Floor Stickers have a heavily textured matte finish.

Installation: Sweep the application surface to remove contaminants (dust, dirt, water etc.) & ensure it is completely dry. If the surface is oily, please power wash with commercial degreaser. Peel off the release liner, lay the vinyl flat on the surface and apply pressure over the complete surface area of the vinyl with a J-roller or hard rubber roller, rolling moving from the centre to the edge. Make sure all edges of the film have completely adhered to the surface. Removal: Use a putty knife (or blade) to peel up a corner, then pull the vinyl away from the surface at an angle less than 45 degrees. No residue remains on the surface with peel-off removal. If the graphics are installed on asphalt or other rough surfaces in locations with heavy vehicle traffic, the vinyl could be difficult to remove and may require power washing at a low angle to remove worn-in graphics

The smallest size we can make all of our Floor Stickers is 50mm x 50mm. Our maximum size for each different material is as follows: Avery Economy R9 - 1300mm W x 10,000mm H MyFloor Economy R9 - 1300mm W x 10,000mm H Avery Premium R10 - 1300mm W x 10,000mm H TexWalk Outdoor Luxury R12 - 1150mm W x 10,000mm H Alumigraphics Grip Outdoor Luxury R12 - 1270mm W x 5000mm H Any sizes larger will be supplied in more than one piece. In this case the sticker would flow right across the panels and we would provide a 5mm overlap so the join can be barely noticeable.

Yes we can contour cut the Floor Stickers to your custom shape.

To work out pricing for a contour cut shape you simply enter the maximum height and width of the shape into the instant pricing calculator above and select “Custom Contour” in the Cutting dropdown. When creating the artwork, we ask that it is set up with a vectored cutline as per our artwork specifications.

Due to the nature of the vinyl material and the heat produced during our Latex printing process, the final sticker size can vary up to 1% larger from what is ordered.

Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
